The terms for ordering our campervan furniture kits.

General
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Payment
- All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout at 20%
- Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin manufacturing
- Full payment is required before dispatch or collection
- We accept bank transfer, card payments and PayPal
Lead Times
- Parts: 1 to 2 weeks
- Kitchen pods and units: 3 to 4 weeks
- Complete kits: 4 to 5 weeks
Collection
All orders must be collected from our workshop at Unit 7, Birchills Factory Estate, Green Lane, Walsall, WS2 8LF. We do not offer delivery services.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of collection
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Custom items are non-returnable unless faulty
- Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
Installation
Installation is the customer's responsibility unless a fitted service has been purchased. We provide assembly guides and support to help you fit your kit.
